I know it may seem strange to start a new “eating plan” going in to the holidays, but honestly I can’t eat most of the food anyway (being gluten and mostly grain free), so I thought I would start on the Trim Healthy Mama (THM) journey. I’ve had a hangup about starting for nearly 2 years now, because all the recipes and rules of what to eat with what and when gives me hives. Okay not really, but it does make me seriously nervous.

If you're looking for some great recipes to follow along with the THM lifestyle, check out these "S" Breakfasts! :: www.homeschoolgiveaways.com
