Crossovers are a meal that should be used sparingly in the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. The Crossover is a meal that is too high in fat or carbohydrates to be considered an S or E meal. These meals are great for those maintaining a healthy weight or trying to gain weight, but should be used by others sparingly. Here are some great crossover meals as well as some meals that can easily be transformed to a crossover.
