I know it may seem strange to start a new “eating plan” going in to the holidays, but honestly I can’t eat most of the food anyway (being gluten and mostly grain free), so I thought I would start on the Trim Healthy Mama (THM) journey. I’ve had a hangup about starting for nearly 2 years now, because all the recipes and rules of what to eat with what and when gives me hives. Okay not really, but it does make me seriously nervous.
So I thought I would start at the beginning and gather some “S” Breakfast foods this week. Here are some of the delicious recipes I found to make breakfast a treat and not a chore…all while losing weight with THM!
