November is here and that means Thanksgiving is in the air! In my part of the states, cooler air is coming in, which means more soups and warm, yummy comfort foods are on the menu. This month I added more soups and slow cooker meals this month as the temperatures continue to drop and lead us in to Fall and Thanksgiving.
I have a simple make-ahead salad the day before Thanksgiving, as I know many people will be busy preparing their big meal. There is a variety of meats and salads to hopefully keep everyone happy. I continued to keep slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays to help with those often busy days and nights. Feel free to pick and choose what works for you and your family or even move things around if you need a slow cooker meal on another day. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
