Well 2016 is coming to a close and the new year is upon us. I cannot believe we are talking about the start of a new year already. I don’t know about you, but after the hustle and bustle of the holidays I am just exhausted. I want to sit and do nothing for at least week. But alas, my family says they still need to eat. So, I always start the year off with a new meal plan.
I have slow cooker meals on Sundays and Mondays, as busy schedules will be in full swing again and as the temperatures continue to drop and lead us full force in to Winter. Feel free to move those around as needed to fit your family’s schedule for those extra busy nights. There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads to hopefully keep everyone happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
