Kids love learning about space and there are so many fun and exciting activities that can be done while completing a unit on space. In the following Space Activities and Printables, children will learn about the Solar System, the Planets, Solar Eclipses and Phases of the Moon while completing some fun hands-on activities.

Space Activities

This DIY Galaxy Shirt is a fun twist on tie-dying. Once they have completed their shirts, children will love showing off their handiwork they made while learning about the Milky Way.

My kids love to cook and licking the bowl out. While in the kitchen baking up a storm, kids learn many skills that can help them with in the future. They will love baking these delicious Solar System Sugar Cookies. Learning about the planets has never been so tasty!
