These are great motivators! Really! Last year, I used a reward chart similar to this with my 6th grader, and it really helped to motivate him to plow through his school assignments. A simple star can be used to mark each subject or assignment completed. The star is a small reward, but being able to visually track his progress was a great reward! He loved being able to see the chart fill up with stars – a reminder that he was one step closer to the end.
