A few days after Yom Kippur comes Sukkot, or the Feast of Tabernacles. This was a feast meant to celebrate God’s provision during the harvest and also to remember how God was with the people. Our FREE Biblical Feasts Copywork includes some of my favorite verses in the entire Bible because they talk about God being with us!

The verses included in this FREE Biblical Feasts Copywork encourage us to look back and also to look ahead. It starts with Leviticus 23:42-43, which tells how the Israelites were to live in booths seven days to remember how God had brought them out of slavery in Egypt.

It also looks back to the way Jesus lived with the people and lives with us today. John 1:14 says, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Then it closes with a look ahead in Revelation 21:3. This is where we read, “And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, ‘Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be with them, and be their God.’”

Can you imagine it? One day, if we trust in Jesus, we will live with God forever, loving Him and being perfectly and completely loved. It’s the greatest reason ever to celebrate! Help your kids commit these key verses to heart.
