It’s raining today outside of my house, and it bring to mind “weather.” It’s not that we don’t have weather every day of the week, it’s that we have sunshine and blue skies so often here in Florida, that I take it for granted. The rainy, cooler weather seems so beautiful to me because it’s unusual and different.
Children love a change in weather. It’s so sweet the way the simplest things capture their attention! If it’s a fluffy cloud, raindrops on the window, or a tree swaying in the wind, a child will notice. Take that opportunity to study the weather. Along with this free, printable lapbook, together you can study the basics of weather, weather words, and what they mean!
