I thought dissection was bad enough the first time around when I was in high school, but I think I might feel worse about it now! Not only is it gross, but now I’m asking – my child has to do this in my kitchen?!

First off, no it does not have to be done in the kitchen. It can be done outside, so – whew! – you can breathe easy there. Secondly, here are some very helpful resources to walk you and your student through the very hands-on learning process. Videos, worksheets, guides, and quizzes will help you feel better equipped to dive into the dissection process.

Thirdly, if you just can’t handle the idea of being involved in this area, you can always join a co-op and let someone else guide your child! In case you’re wondering, I’ve chosen option number three. It’s a no-brainer for me!
