Energy is all around us and it is in everything. It is how things change and move and it can take on different forms. It isn’t just having the ability to grow, or run, jump and move, but it can also create some amazing things we use everyday. There are many different types of energy to learn about. What is energy?
Energy is the capacity or power and ability to do work, such as the ability to move an object by force. There are many different types of energy. Energy that moves and energy that is stored.
