I am such a scrooge when it comes to being out in nature. I love being home, away from dirt. Crazy, I know. That is why I purposefully schedule at least two intentional nature outings during the fall season. Why you ask? Well, if I do not make it a point to schedule outdoor exploration time it just won’t happen. I fit isn’t on my schedule I surely will not initiate a nature walk or scavenger hunt.
Thank the Lord for lesson planning which holds me accountable and for kids who look at their schedules and reminds mom about the outdoor activities days before they come. However, I do love some indoor activities and these printable word searches are great for those indoor days.
