It’s hard to believe that we are entering the last month of the year. This year has literally just flown by – at least for our family. As the busy holiday season begins, it can be difficult to ensure healthy meals are delivered to the dinner table in a timely manner.
That’s why I love using meal plans to not only help me plan ahead, but also make sure we have healthy meals on the table. Whether you’re planning some shopping trips or life is just crazy this time of year, I hope this monthly meal plan will help you stay on track!
If you’re looking to get a jumpstart on your new years resolutions or want to make sure you stay healthy through the holidays, be sure to check out these KETO recipe round-ups. You’ll find Keto Approved Breakfasts to help you start the day, Keto Friendly Salads everyone will enjoy as well aso Keto Dinners, Keto Slow Cooker Recipes and Keto Desserts so you don’t miss out!
There are two meal plans you can choose from – the regular meal plan with slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays and an Instant Pot Meal Plan. If you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out my beginners post in the series for a great link to help! This meal plan also includes grilled options on Friday nights to kick off your weekend!
On the Instant Pot Meal Plan, I have included some delicious fall meals with a variety of meats (fish, chicken, pork, beef), a few salads. Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts at the bottom are all Instant Pot recipes!
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. You can even mix and match the two meal plans! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation.
