If you live in the north like us, you’re probably wondering what happened to Fall. Suddenly temperatures plummeted from mid 70’s down into the 20’s this past week and felt like winter. Saturday, we even had snow flurries! This, of course, has put us in to a baking mood and wanting more soups and fall-winter meals.
Just like last month, I have created two meal plans. On the regular meal plan, I left some of the 15-minute and 30-minute meal options to give you some great options for quick meals. I also kept slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays for those times you need a meal ready-to-eat. If you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out my beginners post in the series for a great link to help!
As for the Instant Pot Meal Plan, I have also included some 15-minute and 30-minute IP meal options there as well. Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts are all Instant Pot recipes. With Thanksgiving this month, shared a couple turkey recipes for the day, some ways to use up those leftovers and more delicious fall meals.
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. You can even mix and match the two meal plans! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
