My girls just LOVE the Madeline books!
Madeline
I love taking a favorite book and turning it into a unit study. Sometimes, we will take an entire series of books and just spend lots of time reading them, and making crafts and lapbooks from the stories. Madeline is one of our favorites, the stories are sweet and funny. The original Madeline book is included as a unit study book in the Five in a Row Curriculum. We have never used Five in a Row, but I love their book selections, so we decided to create our own Madeline Unit Study.

Here are some of the FREE Resources we found so you can create your own Madeline Study:
Printables:
Madeline Lapbook Printables from Homeschool Share – these printables will help you to create your very own lapbook for Madeline. Topics include: France, the human body, rhyming words, copywork, telling time and manners.

Madeline coloring pages – there are  different coloring pages from the story and there are some that will make a great cover for a lapbook!
