If your children are animal lovers then they will totally enjoy learning all about them. When parents build learning experiences around their child’s interests, children engage more and learn more. Get your kids learning all about their favorite animals with this FREE printable animal report template.

Animal Report Printable

This resource will benefit your kids if learning about biology, climates, biomes, or just doing animal unit studies. Your child can choose whatever animal they would like. They will enjoy that.

This animal report template has 8 numbered areas for kids to fill in about their animal. The different areas to fill in are:

  1. Species name (based on Linnaean taxonomy)
  2. Sketch of the animal
  3. Class name (based on Linnaean taxonomy)
  4. Habitat
  5. Diet
  6. Lifespan
  7. Choosing whether the animal is endangered or not
  8. Current habitat of the animal (color on the world map at the bottom of the page)
