Do you dread teaching your child how to write book reports? Let these free Book Report Forms make your life and the life of your child easier! These forms help to make sure your child is really comprehending the stories they’re reading by asking key questions. The forms were created for the 1st through 3rd grade student, but would also be suitable for the 4th grade student. It’s recommended that you start with just the first page for 1st graders; then as the student matures, you can add page 2 and then ultimately pages 1 through 4.
