This FREE American Revolution Print & Cursive Practice is designed to help kids who struggle with connecting print and cursive letters to see the connection and learn about American history at the same time.

American Revolution Print & Cursive Practice

This 20+ page FREE American Revolution Print & Cursive Practice unit includes the names of 10 famous people from the American Revolution that kids can practice. Each name is given in print and is immediately followed by the same name in cursive, stacked on top of it.

The names are followed by 10 sentences about the people where the words are first given in print and then cursive, first to read and then to copy.

Kids practice both handwriting skills at the same time, helping them build the connection between the two styles and learn about the American Revolution at the same time. Famous people studied include:

  • Crispus Attucks
  • Deborah Sampson
  • George Washington
