Aesop’s fables have endured for centuries because they share timeless lessons that every generation needs to learn. This Free Aesop Guided Drawing Printable is a fun way to share ten of these fables with your kids while giving them a chance to develop their artistic skills.

This Free Aesop Guided Drawing Printable gives kids short introductions to ten fables, including the moral of each. Then they can draw a picture from the fable.

They can either copy half the picture or the entire picture on the grids provided. Or, they can draw the half image as practice before trying the whole picture. At the end of the unit are review questions that provide a quick wrap-up to the unit.

  • The Crow and the Pitcher
  • The Dog and His Reflection
  • The Fox and the Grapes

  • The Lion and the Mouse
