I really need to stop eating so much bread. I am so excited about these bread-free packable alternatives to sandwiches for a healthy lunch on the go. I live in a country that makes their bread every morning. It should be against the law – for my thighs.
Yet, it isn’t. We thought we didn’t need packed lunches in homeschooling. Well, I did anyway. I was like, “YES!” No more making lunch at night or early in the morning for school lunch.
I do make less packable lunches as a homeschool mom, but I find myself needing them at least twice a week for when we are away from home and at least once a week at home.
I make packed lunches when we are home at times because I know some days will be chaotic. I work from home, so if I know I have a task that is pressing, not having to stop and make lunch is golden.
