Okay, so March just came and went like a flash! At least it did in our house. And I wasn’t sure Spring was ever going to show up! We had freeze warnings in the middle of the month and even some snow! It was a little crazy. However, now we are drenched in rain and the annual flooding has started, so I guess Spring has finally arrived.
If you’re like our family, Spring is when the activities start picking up again and we seem to spend more time outside, so I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen cooking. I have kept slow cooker meals on Sundays and Mondays and some additional Slow Cooker meals on several Fridays that can be moved around if necessary. I have also added back in some delicious grilling recipes as we all want to spend time outside, so why not do it together and make some food!
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads to hopefully keep everyone happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation. Once again I have included some quick and easy Breakfast, Lunch, Snack and Dessert ideas to help you throughout the month.
