If you’re like me, you love desserts. Now I don’t indulge in them all the time, but every now and then I like a nice treat. But that doesn’t always happen when you’re on a diet or strict eating lifestyle. However, there are some sweet treats you can have on the Whole30 program without derailing your healthy eating!
There are rules and guidelines to follow if you want to take this challenge. “The Whole30 Program Rules. Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.” Read more about how to get started here.
