Vegetables in Spanish

Even native Spanish speakers would benefit from learning the vocabulary for foods we use to cook and eat. Many Spanish words are not often used. Therefore, the Spanish words are often unknown. If native speakers don’t grow up eating chards then they would definitely not know that the Spanish word for it is acelga.
