50 Easy and Delicious Wrap Recipes

I have to be honest with you, there are times I forget to eat lunch. After we finish our morning homeschool work, I often answer a few emails and do a few quick things on the blog while my kids are occupied with their lunch. I can usually squeeze in about 30-45 minutes of semi-quiet work time, so I take what I can get.

Once they finish their lunch, we continue on with our homeschool work while my little ones take naps. And before I know it, it’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon and I realize I haven’t eaten lunch! So then I scramble around and try to find something quick, easy and at least semi-healthy.

Lately my go-to lunch of choice are wraps. With all my health struggles and allergies I am limited on my choices, but the wraps give me a little bit of carbs with a whole lot of flavor. I usually have some grilled chicken, romaine lettuce and a little line of dressing for added moisture and flavor.

The only part of my wraps that are adventurous are the variations of my chicken. But my husband and kids prefer more variety in their diets.

With summer days quickly approaching and the weather warming up, I don’t want to heat up the house by cooking in the oven every day. The good thing about many of these wrap recipes is you can batch cook the chicken (or other meat) and use it with different toppings throughout the week. I call that a win-win!
