Will you be providing some lessons on Earth Day this year in your homeschool? If so, this will be a good activity to go alongside your Earth Day lessons. You can help your kids appreciate the Earth and practice numbers with this adorable Earth Day worksheet.
What you will need to complete this Earth Day activity is:
- The Earth Day worksheet
- Dry erase marker
- Acrylic hearts
- Play Doh (store bought) or homemade playdough (see our easy recipe here) would also be fun
- Pom poms or buttons would also be fun to use
- Laminator
- Laminating sheets or sheet protectors
You can invite your children to follow the worksheet prompts.
Earth Day isn’t only for tree huggers like me and some of my friends. It is important for all families to know about and appreciate the world in which we live. The more every person take scare of the Earth just in there are of visibility, the better our Earth will be. We actually can make a difference right where we are.
