Can you believe the new year is almost here?! This year seems like it has just flown by. Especially the last 3 months. We are busily getting ready for family events during the Christmas week and life is hectic. I think that has everything to do with us feeling like life is just passing us by.

Regardless of whether the year has flown by or moved slowly, the new year is just around the corner. Check out these New Years Appetizers to make your day one of a kind! And with that new year comes new goals, new resolutions, new activities and new lifestyles. All those changes can be great and wonderful, but can also come with a little stress too. That’s what I love about meal plans!

As we start the new year, meal plans are a great way to help you stay healthy and on budget! Choose from two downloadable meal plans with clickable links! #mealplans #menuplan #family #instantpot

Meal plans are not only great for trying to manage your budget and keep your grocery trips to a minimum, but also for helping you create and stick to a new lifestyle. Whether a healthier one or a budget-friendly one, meal plans are a great place to start.

If you want to start a new and healthy lifestyle, check out all our KETO recipes. You’ll find Keto Approved Breakfasts to help you start the day, Keto Friendly Salads everyone will enjoy as well also Keto DinnersKeto Slow Cooker Recipes and Keto Desserts so you don’t miss out on all those special treats!

This year we still have two meal plans to choose from – the regular meal plan with slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays, for a break in the kitchen or those busy days. There are a variety of soups to get you through those cold winter nights and some salads to break it up just a bit.

Or choose the Instant Pot Meal Plan. On this plan I have included some delicious winter and festive meals with a variety of meats (fish, chicken, pork, beef), plus a few salads. Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts at the bottom are all Instant Pot recipes!

As always, feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. However, you can combine the two for more variety. And if you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out this Instant Pot beginners post for a great link to help! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation.
