We love lace and trace cards. They are a great quiet time activity that helps develop hand eye coordination, fine motor skills and visual perception skills. I love that it keeps them busy and helps them learn to hand sew at the same time.
There are really cute lace and trace cards that you can purchase boxes of, but if you are on a budget it is super simple and fun to make your own. There are so many different printable lacing cards that you can hole punch and laminate. These are great for busy boxes, and to take to doctor’s appointments, or in the car on the go.
