If you’re like my family, we have been passing around the dreaded winter cold and sinus crud for weeks. In years past, I would’ve run my kids to the doctor to get meds, because they usually go in to a respiratory infection. However, this year we have gone the more natural route and used a mixture of oils, and natural remedies. With winter in full swing, I thought now was the perfect time to share some natural remedies with you all.
Again, I asked the blogging community for some tried and true recipes and they came through!
