As we walk through this Whole30 journey I have already shared breakfasts, lunches and dinners. But if you’re like me, its the snacks that get you. And sometimes you just want something more than water, so beverages can be a challenge. However, I have scoured the web and found some delicious options for you and I’m excited to share them with you today.
There are rules and guidelines to follow if you want to take this challenge. “The Whole30 Program Rules. Eat meat, seafood, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit, and plenty of good fats from fruits, oils, nuts and seeds. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.” Read more about how to get started here.
