The Yukon also has forests that cover much of the land. Many tourists travel through Yukon on the Alaska Highway. They also visit the three national parks, the area of the Klondike Gold Rush, and the S.S. Yukon, an old Yukon boat called a paddlewheeler, which is now on display in Whitehorse.
