Graphic organizers are a great tool to help your students to not feel overwhelmed when they are needing to work on a project or writing a paper.

Graphic organizers can be used as a guide to help your students to fill in all of their thoughts on what they have been reading or learning about. They are especially helpful for visual learners, as it helps them to visualize their thoughts right down on the paper in front of them.

It is a great tool to structure thoughts, and get them out on paper in an organized fashion that makes sense to them. They can be visually appealing with the different bubbles and squares, and helps with students who are creative and like to doodle with their work.

They work great for students that are needing to break down a big book for a book report or for a long paper. That’s why we love using them for any reading and literature projects we may have in the middle and high school years. They work well for struggling learners in elementary grades too.

I have gathered up lots of graphic organizers that would be helpful for your visual learners! There are tons to choose from with character development, and even comparing and contrasting movies. These would be fun to put into a language arts binder as well.
