Help your kids get excited to learn more about the American Revolution with this FREE American Revolution Guided Drawing activity. They’ll learn about ten famous men and women from the early days of the nation while engaging their artistic sides.

With this FREE American Revolution Guided Drawing activity, your kids can learn about George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, and more. For each leader, they’ll read a short summary of the leader’s life and involvement in the founding of the United States.

Next, they’ll practice their artistic skills using one or both of the drawing activities that follow. They can draw half the portrait on a grid to complete a picture or draw the entire portrait on a blank grid. A review unit at the end tests comprehension, and an answer key is included.
