Geography is a lot of fun to teach, but it can become increasingly harder as our children get into those middle school years. In Middle School comes a lot more research on different countries and more report writing as well.

Long gone are the days of going to the library for hours of research, or lugging the giant encyclopedias off of the bookshelves. I love all of the online options that are now available for our students to do research on. It makes it so much easier for homeschoolers to be able to work independently. If you are venturing into geography studies with your middle school age students you will want to check out this great list of handy geography websites that Education Possible has put together.

These websites are listed with details on exactly what they are best used for, and how they can help. You can find this comprehensive list HERE.
