Every invention, every improvement, and even every action impacts history in ways we can’t begin to imagine. Often times, our studies of inventors is limited to some of the most famous because of time, but the truth is that there are hundreds of stories of amazing inventions just waiting to be discovered.

The FREE Inventors Notebooking Unit is a simple, handy tool to help your kids discover 75 of these stories while sharpening their research skills.

Students can discover the story of the individuals who invented the first blue light-emitting diode, carpet sweeper, kaleidoscope, metronome, and many other items and devices we take for granted today.

For each of the 75 inventors included, students can record his or her:

  • field of study
  • date and place of birth
  • date and place of death
  • inventions known for
  • other interesting facts
