I can’t believe we’re already talking about April! And that means April Fool’s Day is just around the corner. A couple years ago a friend and I made some fun spaghetti and meatballs cupcakes for her husband and my mom to take to work with them. They looked so real, that some people wouldn’t even touch them – let alone eat them!
