One of the best things about this homeschool life is the freedom to take the learning anywhere, including the great outdoors. There are so many fun and educational learning opportunities in every season. Here are some excellent outdoor activity ideas plus some outdoor time tracker printables for your homeschool.

Don’t leave the science studies indoors with a textbook! Get your kids out into nature with hands-on learning and nature studies. Here are some fun ideas for you to try.

If nature studies sound intriguing, but you’re not sure where to start, then here’s a step-by-step guide to ease yourself into it. Nature studies are fabulous for elementary and middle school aged kids. It’s also a great way to teach multiple ages at the same time without going crazy.

Being Active Outdoors
