My favorite time period to teach history in my homeschool is the medieval times. I find the characters of the Middle Ages fascinating; their stories are intriguing and have captured my children’s attention and deepened their love of history.

Medieval History Curriculum

There is a lot we can learn about this time in history. Often times this period is referred to by different names, the Medieval Times, Middle Ages, and Dark Ages, however the Dark Ages generally refer to the first half of the Middle Ages from 500 to 1000 AD.
