FREE Activities for Teaching Nutrition to Kids

Many of us may have gone through a point in our lives when we embraced unhealthy living. When it comes to raising our children, many of us realize just how important food is and how the right foods can benefit our kids. Teaching kids nutrition with these awesome activities will help them understand the importance of taking care of their body and health.

Nutrition Activities for Kids

No matter how many times we tell them what NOT to put in their bodies at grandma and grandpas it is a different thing altogether to help them put healthy eating into practice.

In addition to these awesome activities to teach nutrition, this resource also teaches us how to teach healthy eating. Some of the things they suggest include:

  • Communicate about the benefits of healthy eating
  • Lead by example

I have issues with leading by example. I pray the Lord help me and you with these activities to get our kids – and ourselves – get on a better nutritional track.
