As a child my life was busy and crazy and full of everything I loved. I was dancer and had classes 5 days a week in the evenings and on the weekends. In school I took choir and orchestra, which kept me busy on most other days. My younger brothers were both involved in sports and other activities too, which made our home very busy.
Most nights we had sandwiches or quick meals in passing. The only days I remember having meals together as a family were Sunday lunch. It was one of my favorite times of the week because we all took time to slow down and be together.
Now as a busy homeschooling, work-at-home mom of six, I find myself wanting more than just Sunday dinners together. This homeschool year we are starting a new routine with our kids. We will be eating all three meals together. Typically breakfast was at their own pace and we just let them get what they want. Lunch was hectic and crazy and by dinner I was worn out and barely surviving.
That’s what I love about the Air Fryer. Even when you are rushing around or barely surviving the day, you can make an amazing meal! Over the last few weeks I’ve shared some amazing air fryer recipes for every meal and anything in between. And I gathered them all here in one handy place for easy reference!
Don’t worry! If you’re one of those people that can’t possibly add another “kitchen gadget” to your cupboards, have no fear! The Mealthy CrispLid is the perfect option for you. This fantastic gadget is not only small, but also compact compared to a full-size air fryer. And….it fits right on the top of your pressure cooker. You’ll love it!
