Did you know that in many states homeschoolers have the legal right to participate in extracurriculars through public or private schools?

As long as you are a tax-paying citizen, there are many states that allow public schools to include homeschool children in extracurriculars. One AOP family took advantage of this by getting years of free violin lessons and even a free horseback riding class!

Each state varies in what it allows homeschoolers to participate in, as well as what it requires of the homeschool family, so before you call your local public school, check out this complete list from HSLDA that includes the laws for each state.
