If you have toddlers running around the house, then you know how difficult it can be to keep them entertained, especially during the summer months. When you need time to pick up the house, or just want to keep them from sitting in front of the TV all summer long, a craft can be the answer!
Given the chance, most kids can create with a few key products and their own imagination. I love seeing what my little ones come up with using just a few little items, so their crafts may be bits and pieces, but they are exploring and using their imaginations, fine motor skills, right brain and more!
And while I am not always a fan of crafts, especially with my little ones, I love watching them work to create a masterpiece that brings a smile to their face. A piece they carry around with them for hours and show anyone and everyone they meet.
Summer is a great time to let them explore and make messes, which always lead to the best crafts in my opinion. There are so many fun and exciting ideas to explore during the summer months.
Some of these crafts may require a little help or supervision from a parent, but they are easy enough that your toddlers can enjoy them! You can use these crafts during your homeschool days or for some extra fun! Here are 25 summer crafts for toddlers to keep them busy during the summer.
Try a Tadpole Crate for your toddler or a Koala Crate for your 5-8 year old!
Your little ones will love creating these fun Summer Themed Crafts perfect for their little hands!
