This free bedtime help reward chart will help your kids get in the habit of doing the same thing every night to create a smoother, less stressful nighttime. Sometimes parents have such a hard time getting kids to sleep at night. I needed help when I was a young mom. I wanted my babies with me, so I let them stay up a little later than I should have. They were in public school then and the teacher had a talk with me about getting my son in a routine. He was extra hyper and either fell asleep or couldn’t stay still.

Her speaking up to help me is something I am so grateful for. I was really hurting my child when I wanted to, in fact, be with him. My kids, to this day, sleep early and have a better day because of it.
