Since we lean more to the Charlotte Mason method of homeschooling, we really enjoy doing artist and picture study in our homeschool. A lot of times picture and artist study is done verbally as a discussion between us as we look and study the art and/or artist. I’m always looking for ways to document what we have done, and written worksheets can really help with this.

I am in love with these free printable artist study worksheets from Kitchen Table Classroom. This is exactly what we normally do verbally, but this time it is organized on paper. This will not only help your children to think about the art they are studying, they will be able to think about what they want to write at the same time. There are two different worksheets with questions that are suitable for elementary ages, and one for middle school ages. You can grab these awesome artist study freebies here.
