Growing up my dad’s family would trade off holidays – one year Thanksgiving, the next year Christmas. With minister’s in the family it wasn’t always easy to find the time, but we made it a priority. One thing I remember from our gatherings were the crafts we made together.
Most years one of my aunts coordinated a craft we could all make together. Some years they were simple, some…not so much. Many of our crafts were Christmas ornaments that later adorned our tree.
This year, why not take some time off your homeschool to create some ornaments with your kids. They are not only perfect for gifts, but also wonderful keepsakes. Here are some easy and simple ornaments your kids can make this year!
