The best way to get your preschooler excited about writing letters is to make it fun. There are many ways to make it fun, which they won’t think is a drag. Some ways are through coloring pages, letter searches, and even letter mazes. I wish I would have tried harder when my son was learning to write. He has developed some bad habits and his handwriting is illegible most of the time. I have started getting him to do some tracing during quiet time, just for practice.
