Fall has officially started and everywhere you look are pumpkins. Pumpkin Spice Latte. Pumpkin Pie. Pumpkin Cheesecake. Pumpkin Soup. Pumpkins seem to overtake everything when fall rolls around. And while I am not a big fan of pumpkins, I do love how they resemble fall.
Have no fear though, our October menu has some pumpkin recipes, but we mixed them in among some of the best and tasty fall themed meals we could find. If you’re looking for other options, October is National Pasta Month, so you could check out some amazing pasta dishes.
Switch things up a bit with these Macaroni & Cheese Variations your kids just might love more than the original. Less is more when it comes to these One-Pot Pasta Meals. And if you love seafood, don’t miss these Seafood Pasta Dinners that are sure to hit the spot!
Once again there are two meal plans you can choose from – the regular meal plan with slow cooker meals on Sundays and Wednesdays or the Instant Pot Meal Plan. If you’d like to switch up some of the Slow Cooker Meals to an Instant Pot recipe, check out my beginners post in the series for a great link to help! This meal plan also includes grilled options on Friday nights to kick off your weekend!
On the Instant Pot Meal Plan, I have included some delicious fall meals with a variety of meats (fish, chicken, pork, beef), a few salads. Also, the suggestions for breakfasts, lunches, snacks and desserts at the bottom are all Instant Pot recipes!
Feel free to move any of the recipes around as needed to fit your family’s schedule. You can even mix and match the two meal plans! There is a variety of meats (fish, chicken, beef, pork) as well as soups and salads (on both plans) to keep the whole family happy. My hope each month is that you will find some new favorites to add to your own must have rotation.
