Learn this very quick and easy way to freeze your fresh herbs for later use. I don’t think you will believe me, but our family just literally threw away two bushels of cilantro. My husband and I were so sad. We love cilantro, and with pretty much anything. I live in another country where things are hard to come by. Vegetables and herbs only grow sometimes or are hit and miss at the local market. When there is an abundance of herbs, sometimes the market vendor gives away a free bushel of something here and there. Well, this time it was cilantro and we literally ate it every day.
