This free printable preschool assessment sheet can be used to record children’s learning progress throughout the year or as a precursor for preschool. First year homeschoolers and parents can really benefit from this assessment. Ideally, this free printable form is perfect for preschool parents to use at the beginning and/or end of the year. It is meant to measure and document what a child knows and to track their progress if you do the assessment at different times of the year. Many children do not master all these skills before entering kindergarten and that is totally OK. However, tracking their progress is rewarding for you as well.
