I love avocados. I eat them regularly – by themselves, on a burger patty, with some taco meat, on a salad – I love them. I used to love guacamole, but now that I can’t eat the onions or tomatoes, so I had needed to find other ways to work avocados in to my diet.
While I will admit I’m not usually a very adventurous eater, but I am intrigued by these avocado recipes and hope to try them soon! Avocados are a great substitute for butter or oil in baked goods and they offer a lower calorie count, if you’re watching your figure. So, if you love avocados, but you’re tired of the same ‘ole guacamole…give these recipes a try!
