Many of our kids get to a stage where screens pull on their attention and it is gets harder to get them exploring outside. As parents, we know the value of spending time out in nature and how essential it is to our humanity. The fresh air, the wide-open possibilities of imagination, and God’s amazing creation feeds our souls the way no technology can. I am hoping these creative ideas or two, might help screen-lovers spend a little more time outdoors. Some of these activities help take their eyes off of themselves and towards blessing others around them.
